These are all gone now. Thanks for your interest everybody, sorry I could not accommodate all your requests (5 total!)I wasted alot of them on various items around town and in my house. Anybody who did get some got a whole shit load though. You know who you are, enjoy. Sorry for not trimming them all but I made these while I was covering someones holiday at work. I ran the graphics department for a week and did them on the DL. I will make more next time I'm in there to cover any outstanding requests.






I have all kinds of stickers,logos and other non-sense featuring pictures from your favorite website. There are several types all printed on a high grade vinyl and laminated. Some matte laminate some glossy. I have no idea what to do with them so if you want some let me know. You know I'm a cheap bastard so they aint free! Offer me something, anything! A pack of zig zags, an old t-shirt, some weed, hash or 5 year old extacy pills. I might even have some t-shirts around here somewhere...

I was trying to upload The Rapmania concert in DVD quality. The file size was just over 6 gbs and it was taking days to upload literally. Two days later I gave up. I will have to encode as an avi file and then I will upload the smaller files maybe. Video posts, filezilla and uploading suck. If anybody wants a fresh dvd copy of these two discs let me know. I will mail to anybody who wants. Just send a self adressed stamped envelope and 2 blank dvd discs and I will burn you a copy and put in the mail for you. Send blank discs and SASE to:

I had this concert on VHS back in the day.I have been looking for a download for a few years with no luck so I broke down and bought this. I bought it from cd universe for $18 or something like that. My original VHS copy was borrowed from a friend of a friend, it was rumoured to have come from a friend of his friend in detroit. I'm just uploading the rips now, so stay tuned!

1997 #2 Under Pressure

I have a feeling I may have already posted this, if so I just wasted 100 minutes re-recording it. This is another "mixtape" I made with recordings of various radio shows. All content is either off the radio or the odd mixtape track. I was poor as hell back then and did'nt buy nothing. Almost every tape I own escaped retail establisments in the pockets of my "bugle boy" jeans! In later years my cargo/army pants and bubble goose were like shopping bags. I just realized that if I had grown up in this generation I never would have stolen tapes from record stores , I would have just downloaded mp3's like we all do these days.

This is regarding the DJ Grouch post of yesterday. The reader who contributed that was (DJS). I never posted the Tony Touch as I think those power cypher tapes have been posted all over the immernet. I want to bring something fresh, there are so many mp3 blogs now something needs to set me apart from the masses. Blogging about college radio shows, hip hop and Toronto in the 90's is what everyone is doing isn't it? Niche market? I guess! With 4 faithful readers this shit is ignored by the masses. This site kinda caters to the real heads who are fed up with what they call hip hop these days. Anyways back on topic, I wish there were more readers like (DJS),Andyman187 AND FM416 . They contribute, post comments,give thoughts and ideas, write tracklists etc. Apologies to anyone I forgot, these are the names of the dudes who are posting comments so I remember them. Keak the Sneak - There was a time not too far back where I would not even listen to an artist with such a stupid name. I was very narrow minded as to what real hip hop actually was or how it should sound. Then came a period in time where I was not sure if "real hip hop" existed or was even being made anymore. I was forced to broaden my horizons in the quest for raw music. Say what you want about thizz but that shit was super original 5++ years ago. High energy, high on drugs party music. Started by DTS, John Bronski, Motion and Power, THE MASTERPLAN SHOW has been integral to the foundation of urban radio across Canada and as a stronghold of Canadian community radio, it has helped open the door for local and US hip hop on Canadian airwaves.
Back in 1989, CIUT 89.5 FM received concurrent applications for hip hop shows from a team consisting of DTS & John Bronski and another from Motion & Power. Their respective applications were approved on the condition that the two camps alternate weekends; however, after a weekend of fundraising, they eventually joined forces. According to John Bronski, his vision for the show was influenced by his love of English Pirate Radio and his encounter with the World Famous Supreme Team while in New York.

By the time they reached their eighth year, THE MASTERPLAN SHOW was considered one of the top five underground hip-hop shows in North America.

The legacy of the show personnel is as important as the music. WORD MAGAZINE christened John Bronski "The Godfather of the urban scene in Canada". He was the first ever Black label rep in Canada. From his days as a researcher at MuchMusic, to the Bump N' Hustle to concerts and music videos, John Bronski has left an indelible mark on the Canadian urban music scene. The careers that Motion, Jwyze and other MASTERPLAN alumni enjoy represent the viability of Canadian hip-hop.

Some past notable guests include Wu-tang Clan, The Roots, KRS-One, Keith Murray, Boot Camp, Kardinal Offishall, Saukrates, Choclair, Brassmunk, Sadat X, J-Live and many more. To date, members of THE MASTERPLAN SHOW have included: DTS, John Bronski, Power, Tyson, Motion, Jazzy, Jwyze, Si Vu Play, Dove, Kayla, L'oqenz, Chow, Shadow, Mecca, Plazma, Deeks.
